Dear
Mr. President,
It is with deep concern, regret and resentment that we are watching your
most horrendous and genocidal crimes you have been riding roughshod under the
disguise of 'war on terrorism'. We declare that you have virtually
unleashed a permanent war of genocidal terror against all countries and people
of the world. Therefore, we vehemently oppose and condemn your all activities of
so-called war against terrorism.
After ruthlessly invading Afghanistan, dethroning the religious fanatic
and brute Talibans and establishing your puppet and lackey regime there, you
have now concentrated on Iraq. But it is absolutely queer that even after the
primary report of the inspection team, which is, in fact, your intelligence
squad, that there is no storage of nuclear weapons, you have not remained
content and silent with and, instead, been continuously threatening to strike on
Iraq for no reason. Your intention to invade Iraq for killing or capturing its
leadership and establishing your puppet and lackey regime there as in
Afghanistan and seizing its oil fields, occupying the country and subjugating
the Iraqi people is no more a secret.
In the middle-East also, your lapdog, Israel, has been unleashing a reign
of terror, particularly on the brave Palestinian people but you have lent a
completely deaf ear to it.
The people of the world harbour no illusions that whatever criminal
imperialist acts you have been carrying out are with meanest and most criminal
and inhuman intention to establish unipolar global hegemony of yours in order to
exercise decisive and monopoly control over the resources, labour power and
markets of the world; redraw the global political map and restructure the
international order. The fact that, after the downfall of revisionist Soviet
Union, you are desirous of being the sole 'master' and linchpin of present world
is evident, too.
In the perspective of your acts of inspecting nuclear arms in various
countries, people of the world would like to know — who will inspect yours which is, in fact, the largest storage of genocidal weapons
including the nuclear ones in the world ? If others are asked to destroy their
arms, why you should not ?
Needless to say, today the people have stood against the US imperialism
and the movements against it are going on all over the world including in your
own 'belly', and it's an opportune time that you take them all seriously. You
must also realise that the innocent US citizens have been targeted unreasonably
the world over due to your criminal imperialist acts.
If you really want to fight terrorism, fight against yourself because, in the opinion of the world people, none but the US imperialism itself is the biggest terrorist in the world, the principal source or place of origin of terrorism. This is very well justified by the fact that all the bourgeois elements, except revolutionaries, you have declared 'terrorists', are really the ones you produced, brought up, fed, backed, supported and trained yourself in the past but later, in course of time, you have done so since they failed to fulfil your meanest interest or dared to stand against you —be it Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussain; the Talibans or somebody else.
Finally, WORLD PEOPLE'S RESISTANCE MOVEMENT, SOUTH ASIA strongly protests
against and condemns your imperialist acts of war and aggression and ask you to
immediately stop a reign of terror all over the world and a permanent war
against all countries, regimes, nations/nationalities, People's Wars, movements
and armed struggles fighting against your imperialism. Also, we demand that you
immediately stop the aggression and intervention in the whole world including
South Asian countries, the stormy centre of present world revolution, since they have
jeopardised their sovereignty. Let the people determine their destiny themselves
and rest with peace and content, without any hegemony, exploitation, repression,
oppression, terror, aggression and war, of course.
